Friendly staff, great location

I had a fantastic stay with a lovely balcony and great recommendations from the staff. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, though it was decent. I would definitely return!

The management was unhelpful when issues arose, and the room itself felt outdated with old furnishings. We had difficulties with the breakfast quality, as they offered a very limited selection that didn't meet our expectations. Furthermore, the seemingly pet-friendly policy was misleading, as we encountered unwelcoming behavior from staff regarding our pet.

The exclusive wellness area with its large jacuzzi and sauna was the highlight after a day on the slopes, and the staff's local recommendations made my trip even better.

The garden area at Hotel Walser provided a lovely spot to unwind after a long day. I enjoyed the aperitivo service between 5 pm and 8 pm. it was a wonderful addition and made my evenings feel special. The staff were genuinely helpful—especially Luca, who kept us informed about local hiking conditions. The breakfast was decent with enough options to start my day right. Despite enjoying the stay, my room faced the main road, which caused some noise issues at night, especially with no air conditioning to cool it down. The décor felt a bit dated and could use a refresh to match the beautiful surroundings. The walk to the ski lifts was longer than anticipated, which was a slight inconvenience when carrying equipment.

I really enjoyed spending time in the garden area, where I could relax after a day of outdoor activities. The staff always went the extra mile to help, especially with dining recommendations. We also loved the small fitness center for some morning workouts before heading out for hikes. It reminded me of the cozy places I miss from home in Italy.
